Everyone got their frames and money back? You verified this with every member of your group that had an issue?

Yes,and I was talking to Silversurfer this AM to account what was paid,returned and what’s pending as he is a member on that group.
The rest got there frames back and Max made payments. All the post were never deleted as part of group rules and for transparency.

I talked with Max and he got scammed out of multiple pairs by a customizer he's used before. If he's lost a half dozen high end pairs, that's still a lot of money to be dishing out. In the meanwhile, because the actual scammer was someone in another country, the only course of action he could take was calling the local authorities there. But so far nothing has happened with that. He's just asking for a little more time because he's having trouble trying to settle with everyone at the same time.

I can concur with that Rob. Only had a few bits and bobs off the guy & everything was on point. Let's hope everything gets sorted out to everyone's satisfaction
