Order number was 3478. Just spoke to Customer service and they did confirm they are hand packed and serial numbers get attached to your order number so he knew what numbers I have unfortunately it seems my white went to someone else. Customer service has been great and quickly responded and are working on the next steps to resolve the issue, accidents happen but I’m not upset at all. They are super company to deal with.
