No, I would call them at 1 888-696-9085 or send via the conversation link on the site the photos and get new lenses sent out. I wouldn’t return due to the serial….Good day, M-Family. I need help!
So I've been daily driving my Gloss Black Jigawatt, which is amazing, but decided to switch up to the Matte Storm today. First time out of the box. While driving around, I noticed this annoying glare towards the bottom of my vision on the right lens. Thought it might be condensation at first, then a smudge, and then I knew it was something else. After arriving home today, I gently rinsed them under warm water and finished with deionized water. Took a flashlight to it, and voila. There seems to be some kind of manufacturing defect. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Hey, brother, thanks for the advice. I had a quick chat with Chris, and he took total care of me. They're sending out a replacement pair of lenses. Exceptional customer service! Still, though, I wonder what that is. I remember seeing something similar in another thread awhile back. I remember @Broccoli replying to someone who posted similar images, something along the lines of "it looks like fingerprints." It looks like a heavily concentrated grouping of microabrasions. Could be something gone haywire with one of the coatings? Delamination? Who knows. Anyway, I'm all set and happy. Thanks again! No, I would call them at 1 888-696-9085 or send via the conversation link on the site the photos and get new lenses sent out. I wouldn’t return due to the serial….
