hi all can anyone help me out I need some ear stem washers and can't seem to find any thanks in advance

They sell replacements at Linegear. I believe a forum member also makes them but I can't remember the name at the moment; I'm sure someone else does.

Linegear makes good stuff but not the washers. Their washers are at least twice or three times the thickness of OEM. At least the ones I bought.
