Hi all. Wondering if some experts could shed some light to this
Recently purchased these gen 1 juliets.
When they arrived first thing I noticed is the colour of the nose peice looking darker than the rest of the frame.
Looks to me like plasma frame and then 'x metal' nose peice.
The seller said hand on heart has never had them refurbished or serviced etc and purchased them from new.
Any ideas whats going on here
Possibly a misprint.??????

Cheers

Looks to be an X-Metal nose bridge, mated to Plasma earstems and frame which wouldn't have occurred, let alone have reached quality control, at the time of construction.

They were definitely tuned up outside the factory. The pins in the nose bridge don't look like they were installed correctly.the pins aren't polished or x-metal. My money says a tuneup that went south and they switched out the bridge.
yeah to be honest i agree with you, he did say hand on heart has never had them serviced or anything. who knows. i don't see what he gains from lying about it either if they have been?

anyway i have ordered the line gear in pusher to get them tight again!!

Looks like an X-Metal nose bridge to me as well.

Lots of beaters and especially damaged nose bridges out there from failed tune ups.

Also…who knows how many owners any one pair has gone thru? Except my first pair of Juliet’s that I bought from Oakley every other pair I have were 2nd or 3rd or more hand beaters.
