Juliet/X-Squared T-Shocks

Sorry for not knowing this already but do I have to uninstall the ear stems to replace the temple shocks? Having a Juliet since 1999, I have not replaced one. Sorry again

No you don't need to do anything except for push them out from behind.

Thanks Lupetto... Might as well ask here but when you remove the lenses from the Juliet, do you pop out the bottom or top first?

For the X Squared, I have just realized that we have to pop if out from the top. Popping it off from the bottom chips the coating more.

I usually pop the Juliet lenses from bottom, Xs from whichever is easiest, but had same experience as you.
