I am strictly speculating but the R1 MUZM no one even got a chance at and it really was super limited.... I just can't believe its only 23... I would think at least 100

At the same time Oakley’s website was quality back then at-least better then now. Plus oakley wasn’t funneling stuff through all these release sites. Who’s to know everyone one of these sites could have only had 1 just to get some eyes on their store brand.

If Oakley had any business sense at all they should have also released a lower price alternative at the same time as well as a commemorative T-shirt. People missing out or those who cant afford the Mars would want to get into the action in some way, and that would be a secondary option.
