Almost, but not quite. I saw them today in person and they are very similar to the original with just a few tweaks. Head strap ala Split Jacket and changable Icons (a great new feature). Icons are held in with a screw.

Just picked a pair up, too me they fit better than the Jawbone. got the polished with iridium love it for mountain biking! now the arms are a little different than the Jawbones with little holes so you can use the strap that comes with it.
