Oakley Blade Black Stainless Band

Hi, I am trying to find some place in the USA that might paint/ Cerakote or whatever it is. My Blade bands black paint has rubbed off in areas. I sent it in to Times Ticking, they did everything but paint.I guess painting stainless is difficult to do. Any advice or know of a company that does this? Thanks, SB
