What kind of case is this and how much would this be worth

By the styling I'd have to say it's a 4.0 countertop display although I have yet to see one in the wild and a google image search reveals nothing. Does the branding at the top light up?

I would guess around $150-250 USD as they are still fairly rare in the consumer/collector market.
