Oakley Gauge sizing

Hi all, new to the forum and really need some guidance. I really like the Oakley Gauge 8’s but I’ve been struggling with sizing. Tried on 62, would like to try 57 but hard to find..what is the sizing for these please ? and why ? ...thanks in advance

8L are 62mm
8m are 57mm

Has anybody got any experience regarding the sizing please or tried on both sizes. I know there smaller by 5mm it does it alter the fit ?
