Since this topic came back to the table. I have a problem. I cannot create a MVP account.

Every time I try and fill out the blanks, they show me in red "please correct the error bellow".

No matter if I try from work (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge) or from home (Macbook pro Catalina, Safari, Chrome), no even iphone... I have the same problems and message.

I contacted customer service and they can only say "we told the IT-services", we will come back to you... and it was back then last Christmas. Sicne then I tried 3-4 times with the same result.

Do you had the same problem??

Very weird - Obviously O IT need to look at it. Never had this, wonder if its maybe caused by periods or commas in your email? I can't think of what other errors could be triggered - it's a pretty straightforward form.

After that I even tried with the email from my work xDD

Very weird - Wonder if it's because you're international. Anyone know if the MVP Program is US only or global? Assume if it's showing you the site you're eligible but just very strange.

and I got in touch with the swiss customer service...

Hello Carlos

Thanks for your patience whilst we look into this.
We have received feedback from the department and they can only advise we wait for the technical issues to be finished by the first department.
They have also recommended if there is still no joy in accessing the MVP account to try and create a new one instead.
As an apology for the inconvenience we can request a promo code for you to use for your next online order. Please note the promo code cannot be used with any other offers and for online purchases only through our official Oakley website.

If you need any further information, then please let us know.

I have a generic Oakley.com account, and when I try to sign up for an MVP account it says "an account already exists for this email address." Do I already have an MVP account then? Or do I need to sign up with another email address? I'm a bit confused...

Inked2020-11-26 (3)_LI.jpg Try and at least check this box on your current account, seems to worked for me

I’m in New Zealand & based on my experience with MVP:

1) it may not be available in all countries
2) if you create an MVP account which is administered or “owned” by Oakley USA (as I did) you can’t use the discounts unless you order for delivery to a US address.
3) you receive at least 2-4 promo emails per week.
4) Over the 6 months leading up to Xmas 2022 i checked the MVP offers against stores in the USA and prices in NZ. I was surprised to see that the MVP promo prices (in US$) were exactly the same as the promo prices available from US stores and Oakley.com (when browsing anonymously). My conclusion is that MVP is misleading and deceptive.
5) I made a complaint to Oakley and received a pro forma response which essentially said “keep on checking in for great deals!!!
6) next port of call was BBB which immediately led to Oakley giving me a promo code for a steep discount on next purchase - that’s when I found out that despite being targeted with promotional invitations in NZ to join the MVP program I couldn’t purchase anything using it!

In conclusion, great sunglasses (optics, style and fit), terrible company!
