Found them in a store at the airport on the way home, tucked away in the corner. Tried searching on line (O-Review, Oakley, Google, the Forum, eBay, etc) for further info, but turned up nothing. Not sure when they were released or why. The sales person said that they've had it on their shelves for over a year already. If anyone has any info on these FC's, please do share...

Thank you for contacting us. The TR Fuel Cells were a limited, exclusive release. TR refers to Travel-Retail which would be why they were purchased in an International Airport. I am unable to say for sure how many were actually released, although the eyewear was released at the beginning of 2012.

Thank you Jono and mercbezerk for your remarks. The pair is Fuel Cell - Polished Black - Black P OO9096-52 TR, the 5- is a label error. I would be interested in a pair of these myself, I have not known of another, but I have a full list of SKU codes for Fuel Cell and can identify it from that.
