I just had to share this miraculous story. This guy was blind and had a bionic eye implanted and mounted on a pair of Oakley M-Frames and was able to see after 30 years of blindness. Medical technology and Oakley FTW!

ok, so i have a "small" dilemma...

went to a store here in Bogota which is Oakley Rep...

they just brought in a new set of Holbrooks (and by new, i mean they were just delivered to the store)...

i love Holbrooks and i wanted to buy 3 or 4 pairs when i got home...

that said, they have some grey frames with jade lenses, grey with violet lenses, crystal black with jade, white with violet and the 24K Holbrooks (sorry, iddin´t get a pic of them)

not sure if i´m looking at the Julian Wilson Holbrtooks or not...

anyways, here´s the deal, since we´re in Bogota, EVERYTHING is expensive as tits...

they want $410,000 pesos, which in today´s exchange rate is $162...these glasses are freaking $130 in Houston...

WHAT WOULD JESUS DO !?!?!?

i´ve been on this forum for 7 months or so but i´m a lot more knowledgable now than i was back when i was only buying Radars/RadarLocks...

i really can´t wait to to an O-Store and actually be familiar with what i´m looking at lol.....

Two of those look to be the new Ink series... So easily obtainable ...

The Heaven and Earth series is also readily available...

I wouldn't be too worried about not finding any in Houston of the surrounding areas...

FYI, here´s an example of when i say Bogota is expensive, especially name brand items like glasses, watches, shoes, jeans, etc......

these shoes are Air Max 2015´s...i bought them at Finish Line in Houston for $199...

they are $660,000 pesos here in Bogota, which calculates to be $260...

are you kidding me !?!?
