Yeah - it's supposed to be told out loud; people don't pay attention to the opening words and instead concentrate on keeping track of how many people are on the bus, anticipating that's the question. And then they can't go back and review it later...

But when I saw "in walks a guy in a wheelchair", I'm like, "is that the punchline?!?"
