Where'd VR28 BIP go anyway? For very sunny days that's my favorite lens... Titanium Iridium Polarized isn't bad either, but VR28 BIP, or even an 00 BIP.

Don't get me wrong - lots of other lenses in my rotation do just fine, but there's something just so nice for me looking through a VR28 BIP on a very sunny day. Nice little warm rose/bronze hint.

Just thought I'd throw that out there in the Chit Chat thread here...

VR28 BIP and OO BIP were the hands-down favorite for bright-sun contrast-base-tint lenses, but they've been overshadowed a bit by the release of the Prizm line.

Which will ultimately prevail? Time will tell. But Oakley is definitely promoting the Prizm line...
