I get the mentality. I see it on most of the forums I've been on. Someone shows up with a problem or complaint and told they're wrong. Something they knew was true just minutes ago is chipped away. Some accept that others know more. Some slink away. Some lash out, refusing to accept that promoters for other brands, or people that work in a store, or other research they've done on the internet could have lead them to the wrong information/conclusion/answer/etc.
 
I've decided to ignore him - he doesn't realize that we don't automatically bash people for disagreeing. On the contrary, we try to help. It's when people act like *******s in response to that help, negativity prompts negativity. As I've said before, poor social skills. Too much Nintendo and erotic fantasies involving animated Disney princesses...

Anything I say won't change that. He'll go away on his own soon enough.
