OMFG Some EBayers Deserve A Slap!

So,

I got these for a steal the other day:

RARE Supreme Oakley Frogskins | eBay

However, view the pics of how they arrived from Australia:

In the ebay pics, the box was still in tact. I mean, what kind of a tit puts a collector's item like this in a soft envelope all the way from Australia?!? No wonder it arrived in five pieces!

To add insult to injury, the frogs were described as "in good condition", but evidently that's not the case as seen above.

I'm pretty sure I can get a refund for them, but does anybody think I could also squeeze return shipping costs from the seller?

I emailed the guy via ebay first. Gave him the option to settle it amicably.

If he doesn't budge, then I will file a claim.

I mean, usually I'm not petty about paying the postage to send something back, but in this case the item was so grossly misdescribed that I'm not willing to pay a penny!

How's the frame though, ok? You could always just get new violet lenses if you wanted to, just really sucks about the box. If you could get your money back that would be ideal but this still blows.

Frame is pretty ****ed- Oakley signs are worn, the left legs is super loose and won't stay up, right legs is super squeaky, box is crushed and missing the supreme croakie.

I don't think there's any way to salvage these
