OTT Pad Replacements

After getting scammed years ago with fake OTT off ebay, I finally found a real pair on facebook marketplace but they are fraying heavily from years of use. I took the old fakes with the big foam block pads and ripped those off so I could use it as a test template for recreating Suede upholstery foam filled pads from scratch for replacements for my OTT’s that have frayed heavily. If anyone else needs, I can customize them accordingly for the appropriate generation of frames. I dont need your frames, I can simply send you the pads. Hoping to help out some people that need replacements that are near OEM.

That is a solid question as this is my first ever prototype. Im always looking to improve and will keep making other improvements. This should last with wear daily for years. Im looking to stitch the edges shut next rather then using a special glue. I will be testing these by wearing them at least an hour daily to see if I can get the seems to break. If they break from wear ill offer free replacements.

I appreciate your dedication to supply some pads. As you know, some people own OTT without pads or they are in rough shape. No clue what the Gold OTT pads look like.

Me either, ill probably never own those. But i really want to help and over the years I havent seen any pop up. Im very dedicated to this project and want my fellow O-bros to have a place to get them aswell.
