Well I mean if you want them extra clean everybody knows battery acid and steel wool are the way to go...

This or a q-tip. I use a q-tip to clean the inside ridge of the orbitals where the lenses sit and for other hard to reach areas. Can also use lens cleaner to clean the frame. I usually start with soap and warm water to clean the entire frame, then scrub gently with qtips coated in lens cleaner to get off everything else...
