I don't know about the value of the glasses, but you can't say it is in great condition and then say it has flaws.
I’ve had some people not disclose the pins and I missed them in the pictures and ones all sunk in or sticking out or just not even in general or all scratched to **** cause they tired to “do it them self’s” you have New (5) then like new (4) then excellent (3) then great/good (2) then fair (1) and then bad/poor (0) So to me he has them rated at a 3 out of 5 stars or if your using the 1-10 scale that would be a 6 out of 10 for just a pin that seems conservative. Agree tho it’s best to stick to the 1-10 scale and rate everything accordingly lenses frame ect. Maybe lupetto is drunk lol cut him some slack lol! :drinks:

Why’s everyone picking on Lupetto here? 151 positive feedback and a solid member. In this Copper Juliet post that’s being quoted, he clearly states he’s taking a loss on the whole set up. And he’s “asking” 250 for the frame. He never said it’s absolutely worth only 250.00. Go and look I’ve seen multiple people asking 300 for a polished frame. The emerald lenses for 80.00 that’s a pretty conservative price, normally I don’t think you can get them from Chris or anyone for 80.00. So again he was taking a loss. So here’s the breakdown
Frame 290.00
Lenses 90.00
Oem rubbers 20.00
And you have your 400.00
Let’s not forget the 3% PayPal and then if you pay him in USD he gets hit with another currency conversion fee from pay pal I think it’s over 4% I’m not 100 on the exact %.
Now to me it’s unclear is he covering the shipping or is shipping additional? And you have the issue of the pin but some people have the means to fix it on their own. Bottom line the price isn’t to far off. Maybe he can sell to someone on his side of the pond and shipping will be cheap for the buyer or maybe included and won’t get the currency conversion fee? Come on people be nice some people put out feeler adds because it’s hard to part with some x metals because you get attached I know I’ve been there and done that before.

$290 for a polished hammerstem frame with no rubbers or lenses? Maybe you're drunk but $250 tops.

$20 for OEM rubbers? They sell for like $11 on oakley.com.

He only took a loss because he paid too much. That's his own fault. But the point is: that by his own words in that post, a polished hammerstem with emerald is only worth $330. Why is this one at $400? Probably the same reason he has a Plate listed at $430. Because his prices are ridiculous

You have the ability to be honest and charge an arm and leg for something. He didn't lie about the price he wants. He just wants what appears to be an amount more than the product is worth. If he gets it bully for him. If not, oh well.
