Fake, there's Crosshead/Philips screws, not TORX bolts.

it's an marketplace apps called carousell , he's legit seller but idk maybe he don't know the authentic of the sunglasses

I think I can safely say, without meeting this....'character', he knew what he was doing. It's SO easy to spot the fake a Splice: Invariably, if the left lower left lens has Polarized and the ports in the lower edge of the orbit doesn't house TORX BOLTS.
 
Echoing the statements above, it's a fake. Lack of Torx bolts is a dead giveaway. Secondly, if you look at the ear sock that says "SPLICE" it is not the actual font used. All the best mate 🤙
