Repair Request: Jupiter Factory Lite

Hi All!

I took a stumble and my factory lites caught my fall, OO4066-01.

They surprisingly held up well, to the untrained eye you would not see the difference.

But they are clearly misshaped / not aligned anymore.

Wondering if these are repairable or will have to wait for a set to come up on the market.

If there are any repair services offered, please lmk.

The damage is not easily observable.

They are somewhat warped, such they do not sit completely leveled and fall off (bending over) easily now.

True testament to their durability

Yes, that frame seems to be tweaked. There may be members on here that can manipulate the frame. I personally recommend to buy another since that model is inexpensive.

To me it looks as thought the frame arm is slightly
Bent which could be straightened out. Also the screw looks to have broke off in that lower orbital which to me would be the harder fix.

These are my favorite frames. If they saved you from your fall, then they are a heroic pair.

Definitely can bend it back… but gotta be careful. As oakman said, I am more worried about the screws warping or breaking, or already done.

You can bend em back, and if you can live with the war wounds on the frame, they will be fine. If you wanna fix em, taking em apart to repair and paint might be a real challenge.
