I think Guage 8L works for mars (I believe). If so, @Ebayreseller has those pop up on his thread every once in awhile.

I really like matchy-matchy rubbers on X-metals, but for some reason I like it less on a Mars. Cool lens colour though.

On a side note: I do still think somebody needs to make lens-matching anodized C clips, I think that would really work good on a Mars. Is that possible?

I have some anodizing coming up on my current project. I'll try and remember the C-clips. Will post here if I do.

Eyes and ears always open my brother. Things like that, you have to be in the right place at just the right time.

My current project. A regular Mars that I am going to polish and anodize after.

Aloha Bonz. Yes. Very good point about the C-clips. The shiny ones I've been using are stainless steel. The others I have might not be able to anodize.

Project number 3 underway. This was done yesterday. The leather was intact when I started taking it apart. I realized I wanted photos after I had most of it off. Decent shine by the end of day, but more work to come.
