Recently my son-in-law had quite a bad single bike cycling accident at 70 km/hr (slipped on small gumnuts straight into guard railings). Suffered a closed head injury and cerebral haemorrhage (that required hospitalisation and observation but no operative intervention, thank God) with severe retrograde amnesia. Road bike was written off and helmet was smashed. These radars protected his eyes, though. It could have been real bad.

Stay safe on the road, friends!!!

I’m sorry to hear that! Hope he gets better soon! What kind of helmet was it?

I decided to try a coil shock instead of the air shock that came on my Bronson. I like it so far. I might upgrade my fork to last years Fox 38 or Zeb next. Since the new models are coming out now last years 38mm stanchion forks are getting pretty good discounts. I was looking at buying either a Santa Cruz Heckler or Bullet Ebike, but i decided to wait another year and do some upgrades on my Bronson for now instead.

Cool. It looks like the 2020. I have the 2020 hightower. A coil will not fit in the shock tunnel. It's sad.

for the first few years i had my bike i kept reading that coils wouldn't fit it either. i stopped reading the MTB forums for a while. when i read them again people had found only some of them won't fit, but some will. i wonder how much different your clearance is on the hightower. a cascade link makes there be more room (i don't have one of those).
