Bobby is the founder of the Hundreds, his streetwear brand. When he says hardcore community he means people dedicated to the hundreds brand and buy a lot of stuff. I know he has an NFT collection “the Adam bomb collection” which grants holders exclusive access to hundreds drops and events. I would assume that maybe these holders will have access ?

A true OG would live in Cali, at all costs (tent or RV if necessary), pay all the taxes (or steal from those who do), navigate all the crime, and give up all the freedoms. This IS "counter culture!"
