Im not sure if that sounds like it was the best way to do it.. some times old frames stretch out from use, hinges get loose on o matter etc

Hmm yeah i saw how they do it in optic shops with acetate. 3 ways...they warm them with a sand box (?), hair dryer or other machine...but the trick is to do fast otherwise it will ruin the frame
