Value of an Oakley Medicine Cabinet

Hey O bros! Need some value expertise here.

There is someone nearby that MIGHT be willing to sell me 2 medicine cabinets that look like the image below:

However he doesn’t know the value, and I don’t either lol. So I wanted to ask the experts here. I don’t want to overpay but mainly I do not want to lowball him. He’s cool so I want to make sure we both get a good deal.

Value for them in mint condition, “ehhh” condition, and bad condition. Thanks in advance for the help O Bros

Last two I purchased cost me $200 & $300 in CA. But those purchases were 3+ years ago and honestly I don't remember seeing any since, although haven't been searching for one. Just my $0.02

Prices are all over the place and really depends on location and demand. 1 have 2 of them myself purchased separately. One was a local SF CL find and paid $30 or $40 to someone who just wanted to make space and the other I got for $100 that i had to drive to Vegas for. Have you checked sold listing on ebay?

If you are space constrained like me, these are also meant to be hanged on Aluminum Doubles or Megas to free up floor space.
