VR28 BIP Lenses For Monster Dogs

Hello everybody. I am new in this forum. I would like to ask somebody, who could be so kind and buy for me a VR28 black iridium polarized lensses for Monster Dog from oakleyvault.com. And send it to me, to Europe, Czech Republic. Because, there is restriction on Oakleyvault and they dont acept an order from another country, than US. The lensses cost 41,99 $ on vault, so i can pay about 50 $ + cost for shipping to Czech Republic. Paypal prefered.
Is there anybody, who can help me, please? i will be very thankfull
