Warped eye jackets?

I recently received a pair of eye jackets that don’t sit properly on a table, the ear end sticks up, and it wears slightly uneven. Possibly 1/8” off. These were purchased as new, I’m not sure what happened, is this a big deal? Or should I return

They are completely fine. Nothing wrong with it.

They sit crooked on face, and the tips don’t sit squarely on table? Nothing? This is normal for Oakley qc?

This is not normal, especially not fitting on your face properly. Return them, if you can.

The only option available to you would be to heat up the earstem(held in a vice), gently but firmly pushing down.

This is a clause: from any side effects, including but not exclusive to burning down your property.

somethings definatly not right, I just put my BD's on the table & they don't sit this way. Have you tried to tweak the socks ? Maybe you can 'compensate' by making the sock fin thingy sit different on the one that crooked. I know sometimes if mine move they sit little funky on my face, so maybe this could help? dunno kinda rambling...

Here is mine, and I can't find any difference between mine and yours. Can you provide a photo on your face for us to understand what it means "They sit crooked on face".
