Watches (other than Oakley) You're Wearing Today

I honestly like it so much more than the Speedmaster. Especially from a size perspective. After owning the Carrera Day-Date, the Speedmaster felt dainty.
I feel like the size of this is what a moonwatch should be. It's a tool watch.
It's grade 5 titanium, too, so it's light af

Despite having a wrist size of 20-21cm (depending on how hot it is), so off the scale of this chart, I favour a smaller watch. 39mm I find ideal, but I can easily get away with the Speedy Pro at 42mm; the bezel reduces the size of the dial and makes the watch look smaller than it is. I could get away with 45mm (in case anyone wants to give me a Speedy Chrono Chime 😂) but I wouldn’t necessarily like the look of it.

Each to their own though - while I hate the look of lugs anywhere near the edge of my wrist some people are very happy with dominating watches like that. I grew up in the 70s wearing watches from 36 to 39mm and then the original 34mm Swatches in the late 80s and never developed the taste for larger or oversized watches.

Definitely up to the wearer; people should wear whatever they're comfortable with. Watches have certainly increased in size since the 90's-00's with the popularity of dive watches. I do agree the lugs shouldn't go over the wrist.

I'm still going to laugh at the Costco chunky watch special..

..but, if they're happy, that's all that matters.

Are they readily available to walk in purchase from ADs now?
I don’t think they are walk in ready anywhere yet, but I only had to wait about 4 to 5 months for the OP. I’m sure I’ll be waiting a while for the call on an Explorer II, and GMT Master II.
