Citizen Blue Angel with a stingray band. Just got the band yesterday from some guy in Vietnam on Etsy. Looks great in person, great craftsmanship. Took FOREVER (like 2 months, ) to get though.

Yes. It doesn't seem to catch on long sleeves. There is a small "reverse" blade that is right at the bracelet closure (to protect the user from cutting their own skin accidentally), but it doesn't protrude to get clothing. It does "rattle" a little due to the links.
