Weird Guest Behavior

So I've noticed that whenever viewing Who's Online, I often see guests viewing FS threads and Private Messaging. How is this possible?

Is the section not secured properly? maybe some technical oversight

Nope its 100% secured. Just looked at it to see what you were talking about...and if you see a guest who is viewing a exchange thread...look to the right it shows a stop sign which if you hover over says "Viewing a no permissions message" i.e they are getting an error.
