I had my first experience with this. Last week, I tried to clean a pair of custom cut Ice lenses that had buggered edges. I did my normal routine using warm water and a touch of Dawn dish soap. After cleaning and rinsing them, I set them down to go get my lens-drying towel... and when I got back, the inner coatings completely bubbled up... worse than yours, complete bubbling all the way across. It's a shame
