This is my attempt of pulling those off last April while heading off to a Skills USA competition (got third in cabinet making...nbd). I thought I was the business with these things. They were school colors and everything. Wore them to every sports and state event.

I apologize for multiple things here: swaying off topic of what I wore today, the hideous blur in the photo, and my hair.... mostly my hair

They looked fine right up to the moment I decided to cut all of my hair off... After that, big aviator style frames didn't do much for me.
