Did you switch the lenses yourself? I'd love to get some replacements for my Water Jacket so I can keep the original lenses mint, but I am super scared to change them as I, really, don't want to damage/crack the frame

Since this is a polished black frame there is no risqué in changing lenses. What finish is yours?

I understand your worries. That's a coated Frame and the risque is great to chip it.
I would not do it.
