Yes it is. I bought a matte black pair that had red thru bolts, ear socks! and icons. I swapped the icons with the Bmx chrome.

How hard to swap icons?

easy, just get something with a tip small enough to fit down the side of the icon, carefully move under it and slowly pry it up. It has adhesive on the back, just be careful to also get the adhesive with the icon. The adhesive kind of has the consistancy of rubber cement.
