In the good ole days guys like Bob Villa and others with real experience and skills would do stuff. Now every ************ with a few bucks in their pocket thinks they can flip a property.

Skill? I dont need that.
Permits? I dont need that.
Tools? I dont need that.

If you wanna laugh, check out Bargain Mansions. The chick hosting the show walks around in riding boots , designer jeans, with lots of sporty tops adorned with jewelry and a nice wrist watch as she pretends to do demolition. Meanwhile a hoard of illegal immigrants do all the real work.
