I said a co-worker lacked the skills to perform the job satisfactorily.

I was called a racist.

My response was I have no problem with her race. I have a problem with the fact she cant do the job. Theres a difference. Dont get it twisted.

One summer I went to the beach. People kept sending me emails. So I kept responding. But I included pictures of the beach with all of my emails. After three days someone finally asked me about it, I said I was on vacation. Then the emails stopped.

I asked her to please address the matter since I would be away for about 9 days. Her response was she was busy and couldn’t commit to finishing it. I said I am off and you’re working all week I am sure you have more opportunities to get it done than me. She said I can’t promise it will get done. That’s just disrespectful and lazy.
