I might be having trouble comprehending... but what?

First Class International is how I ship international. Cheap. Anything more you might as well take money and flush it down the toilet. Doesn't get there any faster in my experience.

you cannot use the uSPS box priority and ask for first class delivery. You have to have your own box for first class and they have to weigh them accordingly how its worth. I ask for a priority international delivery so i expect it to charge me that way. I never say first class at all, she should have told me otherwise.

i believe my buyer is also honorable and good member in this community so i dont see that as a problem. Although he has to wait 1 1/2 month before the item arrives instead of 2-3weeks

Lesson learned with multiple posting of items, check the receipt individually before going out of the post office. Since you still have time to rectify the mistake. I did not.
