My o-store did it to me again...

After getting back home on Sat from buying a madman and a prizm road radarlock lens, I check my email and see an offer to get a free hat or t-shirt with any eyewear purchase over $150, offer good through the weekend to President's day. I qualified for that free T, and they didn't say a dang thing.

Really, it's mostly my fault - that email came in before my trip, and if I'd been paying attention and checked my email before I went, I would have seen it and redeemed it.

But still, I'm dropping half a grand at your store, you know me, is it too much to make sure I get taken care of?!?

I got a free rucksack when I bought Juliets at the Gunwharf Vault, no fuss, you'd think they would do you some sort of a deal on that outlay as a regular especially. Don't know if managers have the discretion to do an impromptu deal but as you qualified for a formal offer, they should definitely have pointed it out.

Well, they at least recognize me as the collector who bought both of their bunkers, always coming in wearing some kind of x-metals, knows a lot about lenses, and sometimes knows what's coming out before they do... My Rust Mars was a big hit last time, they were showing them around to everybody (as in the other employees)...
