Worth saving those wire frames?

Hello guys, do you there is any way to save these C wire?
The lenses are ok as well as arms and hinges.
Unfortunately a few scratches like the ones on the photos.
Any idea what to do worth the effort?

Remove lenses, xxfine grit sand the spots and recoat with Steel-it
