X Squared Tuning Screws

Has anybody actually messed with the screws in the flex coupler of the X Squared? I wonder if you loosen them all the way if the orbital will disconnect from the flex coupler and if it can easily be reattached. It would be cool to do some X Squared frame combos, but i'm to skeered to try myself.

yeah, they will come apart, i've seen several that have been customized. If you have 3 or 4 frames, you can make some sick combos.

That's exactly what I was thinking. But, of course I can't sacrifice the pairs I have now so I will have to buy two new pairs to make it! One day! Has anybody here done a frame combo on the X Squared?

I don't think I've seen anyone on the boards that has done it but there was a seller on eBay a couple years back that was doing "TIO2" custom frames
