Oakley Jawbone lens issue.

i recently cleaned lenses on Oakley Jawbone's with soft soap and water and it appeared a coating flaked off the back of the lens. Any ideas what cause this to happen?

The answer really depends on the age of the lenses, what material you were removing,(sweat,sunscreen,lotions). Any one of those can factor into the Delano at ion issue that you have just witnessed.

What color lenses are they?

They are blacked vented lenses. Nothing is etched on either lens. I was just cleaning off dust. I am not sure of the age but came with the glasses.

I haven't visited the site in a while, my Radar® EV Advancer's I purchased in 2019 is having the flaking problem as well. I have been an Oakley customer for over 30 years and this is the second pair of Oakley's that have had this problem. I clean my glasses after every use with the Oakley bag. I just submitted my repair request. Hopefully they will take care of me.
