Hmmm I must have a special finish because one of my Juliets are a sandish color with the rough x-metal texture. And they are OEM never been modified. This is the only picture I have of them on my phone but I always though this finish was normal but I actually haven't seen any others like it now that I'm thinking.

The first generation plasma and Titainium were that way, the second run is more smooth. Nice pair!
