Is it a numbered? Like a limited release? It looks like there is a number 2 on the bottom right. Here is a memo or letter from Oakley that came with it...Also the words are CARBON and NOSE PAD.
If Dallas has one like mine look on the bottom right is there a number? Rustpot

Carbon stems, looks like the barrel hinge of the Tincan and Tinfoil... I wonder if that sketch is a few years old, and it was watered down into a Tincan. Or is that the Badman/Madman and I'm just not seeing it right? The stem looks way off?
