Question About New 24K Juliet

Hi guys, may i just ask why the new 24k's juliet has the shaped legs? that is different for normal juliet am i correct?

they have this on all polished finish juliets. Polished, 24K and polished carbon (Japan exclusive Ichiro Suzuki model)
