Romeo 1

Handwriting is spot on with all other handwritten serials I have ever seen. There are some particular elaborations that I think are noteworthy in all examples.

Just going to my cabinet to find some examples....

Here are a couple pics from two of my pairs. My six digit serial pair also has the zero omitted and you can see the handwriting is totally consistent with all other examples.

Something else to check; square section arm profile and 'unrefined' x-metal etching to the lens.

My six digit pair with only five digits on the box has both of these features.

Thanks for that Mark, I will take a look now.
 
Yes, the inside edges if the ear stems are flat. Different to the other pair I have, they are more rounded. Just checked the etching on the lenses to and they are different.
