TdF 2013

Sure was! Like I said before, Froome is way better than Contador.

it's just so annoying that you already know how he does it...........
It's a little scary isn't it? You think he's doping? Man I sure hope he isn't, I want so badly to believe that the sport is mostly clean now. Please oh please don't be doping

I want nothing more then a clean sport. But i think if we are honest we all know the answer. He yesterday did the last 15km of the climb in 46minutes. Armstrong
in 2002 did it in 48 minutes...... Everybody who could follow Armstrong a bit has been caught: Pantani, Ullrich, beloki, Basso, Riis, Virenque .... etc etc :)

If i see froome, 1.90meters tall, that is not a climber. And then yesterday 4 or 5 attacks on the mountain after 220km of race.

Honestly i believe that it's not only cycling, after yesterday with the positive tests of Powell (or. 9.69seconds) and Tyson Gay (pr.9.72 seconds) i already
don't believe in Usain Bolt either anymore.

We as the crowd want to see bigger, better, faster, stronger. So that's what we get.

Thats a pretty inteligent answer, and I agree. I still hope though.

Thanks. And ofcourse i hope together with you and a lot of other people that he does it clean! :)

Well I don't think Coontador can do it anymore. I just remember him the years he was winning the TdF, most likely doped up, but he could still throw down and impressive TT. I figured he would have more teammates and maybe an alliance with Movistar, to where they would isolate Froome yesterday and make him do a lot more work. Instead Richie Port became superhuman again along with Froome. They were both very impressive but I was most impressed by the 23 year old Nairo Quintana on Movistar. He attacked and was the only one who could hold Froomes wheel for any amount of time when Froom attacked him the first time. He will be someone to watch this week in the mountains and in years to come.

Wow, I saw the posative test of Gay...didn't know Powell has one as well.

Don't forget the MLB drug scandle that is about to come out. Too bad cycling gets the bad rap for actually trying to clean up the sport and test their athletes. If any of the major sports here in the US tested like cycling did, there would be a lot more posative test. I think they don't test because a lot of the star athletes would return a posative and there goes all the owners $$$

This. I completely agree. I don't think football hardly ever tests their guys, or NBA.

hehe same for tennis. Djokovic got tested (out of competition) 6 times in his whole career......

Hehe i'm happy to see that other people also notice the trend at sky. Richie porte, chris froome, both sky, both in 2 years from
nothing to TDF champions.
Same with Wiggins last year. Wiggins started as a trackcyclist. Worldchamp madison and pursuit there. Then he made the
step to the road an became a excellent time trail specialist and then in 2 years he became a climber and winner of the tour de france....
yeah right......:cool-20:
The Sky team has a big big candy jarr
