I don't care if it has the word "Clone" written on the outside of the ear stems for all to see. (Wouldn't wanna pretend I have an original or anything). But all kidding aside, if it was a well done clone with aluminum orbitals, I'd at least be interested in seeing it.

When push came to shuv, I probably couldn't pull the trigger on buying a clone though... Out of principal if nothing else.

Did Oakley stop the serial number at some point as I have had quite a few pairs over the years and none have had serial numbers?

From 1999 to end of 2004, with serial number (1st through 3rd gens)
from 2005 to 2008, no serial number (4th gen)
from 2008 to discontinuation in 2012, with SKU and frame size (5th gen)
